SHIPPING
BB Bouquet uses Royal Mail to ship out customers orders. This shipping time may vary depending on the shipment option chosen. Standard shipping is 3 - 5 working days. Express shipping (special delivery) is our faster option and is guaranteed for the next day. This option is only available when you email to place a custom order. We will let you know if it is available before the time of purchase.
The bouquets have a period of 2-3 days to be created after purchase when item is no longer in stock via website. After an order is place and processed, the bouquet will take roughly 2- 3 days and will be shipped 3 days after purchasing.
When the bouquets, via the website, are in stock the bouquet is shipped a day after purchase.
We HIGHLY recommend ordering 1 to 2 weeks before the bouquet is required.
Please understand Royal Mail is extremely reliable and fast. However, issues may arrive with your local courier that delay the order. We do vigorously work hard to ensure issues like this do not arise.
BB Bouquet strongly suggests ordering 1-2 weeks beforehand if the bouquet are for special occasions. We always strive to satisfy our customers and provide the best service. Please follow the policies so that we can always pull through for you.
REFUNDS
BB Bouquets are handmade, we make tireless effort to make certain you are happy with the bouquet.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing custom orders (via email). Once an order has been made no changes can be made.
All our bouquets are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, as they are all custom made.
